The property opened in 2015 and is built from salvaged materials: Beetle Kill Pine, regional coral stone, reclaimed Alaskan wood, and fallen South American rainforest timber. A full fitness center on the 2nd floor with wave rollers, medicine balls, cable machines, boxing equipment, battle ropes, sleds, treadmills, and more.
