Amaya Saigon brings Japanese minimalism to District 1 with blonde wood interiors, shoji-style screens, and woven lounge chairs drawn from ryokan design language. It's a new property — opened in 2025 — with 58 rooms across four tiers, a rooftop jacuzzi pool with city views, and a wellness floor with sauna, steam room, and cold plunge. Complimentary afternoon tea is a genuinely nice touch that not many District 1 hotels bother with.

At 25–27 sqm, the Premium rooms offer noticeably more breathing room and come with a king, queen, or twin bed. The extra square footage makes the Japanese-minimalist design really land — there's actual negative space here. Same amenity set: bathtub, bidet, bathrobe, full minibar.

The top tier at 28–30 sqm. King or twin bed, same premium bathroom package as other categories. The largest rooms in the building — though by international standards these are still boutique-compact.
