Andaz Doha opened in February 2025 as Hyatt's first lifestyle brand in Qatar — and it makes a statement. Spread across 26 floors in West Bay's diplomatic and financial district, the hotel is a contemporary ode to Qatari heritage: think an 'Airlock' lobby entrance flooded with kaleidoscopic light, a replica Katara pigeon tower, ornate wooden doorways with Arab-walking-stick-shaped handles, and Al Sadu weave patterns woven into cushions, carpets, and canopies. It's got real character. Standard rooms start at a generous 44 sqm — among the largest base rooms in Doha — and the bathrooms alone are 19 sqm with separate bath and shower. Three dining concepts, an Alara Spa built around hammam rituals, and a 25x10m outdoor pool round out the package.
