The rooftop balloon views at dawn are genuinely special, and the on-site Nana Cappadocia restaurant elevates the food beyond the typical hotel buffet.
One of Cappadocia's original cave hotels — and one of the first in Göreme to be listed on Tablet Hotels and earn a Michelin recognition. It's a hybrid property: some rooms are carved directly into the limestone, others are stone-built structures with the same cave aesthetic. The vibe is boutique and history-forward, but with real amenities: Nespresso machines, floor heating, and an on-site restaurant (Nana Cappadocia) that takes its food seriously. Adults only, centrally located, and the rooftop terrace is the main event every morning when dozens of hot air balloons drift low over the fairy chimneys.
