Casa TO is an adults-only, nine-suite boutique hotel in La Punta Zicatela, designed by architect Ludwig Godefroy as a raw-concrete architectural statement — the first design-hotel experience on this stretch of the Oaxacan Pacific coast. The building is almost entirely composed of exposed concrete, steel, clay, and wood, with pools threading through circular archways and guests lounging on terraced blocks. It sits five blocks from the surf at Playa Zicatela, facing the Ecological Community of Punta Zicatela, so the immediate view is green and quiet rather than beachfront.
