An early-1900s Roman apartment building converted into a sharp boutique hotel in the Monti district — the city's oldest neighbourhood — about 500 metres from the Colosseum. The concept leans into the Italian idea of a condominio: shared spaces, different lifestyles, and a sense of belonging to a real neighbourhood rather than a tourist bubble. Rooms are small by international standards (singles start at 12 sqm) but each one is individually designed with pastel hues, parquet floors, and enough personality to justify the concept.
