Junior Suite
The entry point at Lemuria and still plenty spacious. 88 of these suites are tucked into the tropical gardens, each positioned just 15 meters from the shore. Built with wood, marble, limestone, and pink granite under a thatched roof, with a private terrace and sun loungers shaded by palms. Some rooms get vegetation blocking the sea view, but the beach is right there across the lawn.

Pool Villa
Eight of these villas sit at the southern end of Anse Kerlan with direct beach and garden access. The main draw is the private pool steps from the ocean, plus an open-air bath, outdoor shower, and personal relaxation and massage pavilion. A Villa Master is assigned to look after you. In-villa barbecue available on request. Families of four to six adults can spread out properly here.

Presidential Villa
One villa, 1,250 sqm, perched on the granite tip of Anse Kerlan — it's essentially a private hotel within the hotel. Three bedrooms, a lounge, dining room, fully equipped office, open-air bath, jacuzzi, and a three-level swimming pool. A dedicated Villa Master handles everything. Access to a private beach and lush private garden. For groups up to nine (6 adults, 3 children). This is as private and over-the-top as it gets in the Seychelles.

Twice the size of a Junior Suite and set in two-storey garden cottages. Eight of these suites sit on either ground or upper floors. Green fees are complimentary for all resort guests. Golf buggies available for hire. Private and group lessons with resident pros can be arranged.
