Why It Matters
One of Nashville's few genuine design-forward boutique hotels, it's a Design Hotels member with West Coast DNA dropped into the city's rapidly developing East Bank. Steps from Nissan Stadium (soon to be replaced by a new NFL complex), with a pool scene and penthouse terrace that punch well above the East Bank's current neighborhood vibe.
A 1966-built roadside motel turned boutique hotel that wears its California obsession proudly on the East Bank of Nashville. The midcentury bones got a full Baja-minimalism makeover — think exposed concrete, rough-hewn wood, jewel-toned upholstery, and a pool setup that looks more Cabo San Lucas than Music City. The big group option. Two bedrooms with king beds, a third with two queens — sleeps eight. Has a full kitchenette plus dining area, which means you can actually gather around a table. Probably the most practical setup for large friend groups visiting for a Nissan Stadium event.

The headline act. At 1,800 sq ft, this is the highest perch in the building, with a private balcony that takes in the Nashville skyline and the Batman Building in full glory. Three king beds sleep six. Has a full lounge and living room setup. The outdoor terrace is genuinely one of the better city views in East Nashville right now.
