Fouquet's Paris sits at the corner of the Champs-Élysées and Avenue George V, right in the heart of Paris's Golden Triangle. The brasserie downstairs has been a Parisian institution since 1899 — the hotel itself opened in 2006 and got a full refurb in 2017. It's the last major luxury hotel in Paris still under French family ownership, and that shows in how it operates.
