Why It Matters
Home to Stüva, the only two Michelin-starred restaurant in Tyrol and one of Austria's most decorated dining rooms. Chef Benjamin Parth holds 5 Gault Millau toques and 19 points — the maximum rating in Austria — plus a 'Guide Michelin 25 Award Winner' title. Stüva has been a member of Les Grandes Tables du Monde since 2020. The hotel name itself is an ancient local word for Ischgl.
The Parth family built their whole world around one obsession: food. Benjamin Parth runs the two Michelin-starred Stüva restaurant here — the highest-rated restaurant in Tyrol — while the rest of the family looks after the hospitality. The chalet-style boutique sits right in the pedestrian heart of Ischgl, with 32 rooms that toggle between earthy alpine wood tones and sharp modernism, including original street art on the walls.
