This 1931-era grand hotel returned to full glory after a complete overhaul in 2013, and it hasn't looked back since. Interior designer Sybille de Margerie ran with a bold Sixties Riviera brief — think vivid colors, gingham accents, mosaic-tiled rain showers, and tweed cushions throughout 52 rooms and 38 suites. It's the only rooftop venue in all of Saint-Tropez, which means that heated pool and lounge bar suspended above the village rooftops is an exclusive perk for guests.
