H2O Hotel sits in northern Kaohsiung with a soft blue facade designed to evoke the city's maritime character. Inside, the 157 rooms lean into that theme: latticed wood panels, teal velvet headboards, carpeted floors, and bathrooms with glass partitions that keep things feeling open. The 20th-floor lobby and the rooftop pool bar are the real showpieces — Ripple, the on-site French restaurant, gets the better reviews, and the free HSR shuttle is genuinely useful if you're arriving by high-speed rail.
