Halcyon opened in 2016 and sits squarely in Cherry Creek North, Denver's upscale shopping-and-dining corridor, about a 10-minute drive from downtown. It's an independent boutique property in the Makeready collection with 154 rooms and suites in a white-brick building, outfitted with over 700 pieces of locally commissioned art. The whole vibe leans glamorous-but-casual — no traditional front desk, no stuffy formality, just a Kitchen Counter where you check in with an espresso in hand.

Positioned on the building's corners with Cherry Creek neighborhood views from two exposures. At 340 sq ft it's a touch smaller than the Great Room but benefits from abundant natural light. Full amenity package throughout.
King or Two Queen
Den Room
The entry-level room and honestly pretty compact at 250 sq ft. Interior-facing with an obstructed view, so don't expect Denver skyline moments. But the kit inside is solid: Lavazza brewing system, vinyl record player, Matouk bathrobes, Red Flower bath products, 100% cotton sheets, Enseo Smart TV, and a beverage center cooler. There's even a yoga mat. A good room if you plan to spend time out in the neighborhood rather than in.

Same footprint as the Terrace Room but the outdoor terrace gets a gas fireplace — a genuine bonus for Denver's cool evenings from fall through spring. King bed only. Great for a couple wanting outdoor time even when it's chilly.

At 600 sq ft across two levels, this is the most architecturally interesting room in the lineup. The bedroom sits up a short flight of stairs above an open living area. Natural elements and open design give it a genuine loft feel. The oversized soaking tub is a standout. Good for someone who wants space without the full presidential suite commitment.

1,300 sq ft spread across two stories with hardwood floors, a multi-functional wet bar, open living and dining areas, and a private 950 sq ft terrace — the largest outdoor space in Cherry Creek North — designed by Restoration Hardware with downtown Denver skyline views. A marbled bath with custom brass details and an oversized soaking tub. There's a Peloton bike. Serious territory. Can be booked for meetings and private events.

700 sq ft with a private king bedroom and a separate living room that includes a king pull-down bed — making it work well for families or two couples who want separate sleeping areas. Full Halcyon amenity package throughout.

The outdoor terrace is the differentiator here — a private space to take in Cherry Creek North over morning coffee. Inside is 320 sq ft with the standard amenity package. Good pick for those who want some outdoor space without going full suite.

The top of the house at 1,850 sq ft, sleeping up to 8 guests. Two bedrooms — the main is a two-story with hardwood floors, open living and dining, the Restoration Hardware-designed terrace, and two additional walk-out patios.
