Hotel Bellevue sits 30 metres up a cliff above Miramare Bay, its glassy contemporary facade angled straight at the Adriatic. All 91 rooms have sea views — no exceptions. Classic Room
The entry point at Bellevue, and honestly still a strong one — full sea view, clean contemporary lines, neutral palette of chalk, grey and stone. Double bed, ensuite bathroom, floor-to-ceiling windows. No balcony, but the view through the glass is the whole show.
Classic Room Miramare
The only room category without a full sea view — it sits in the original white stone wing of the hotel and is individually decorated with a warmer, more intimate feel than the main building's rooms. Partial sea view. Good value if the view isn't your top priority, but be clear about what you're booking.
Deluxe Room
More space than the Superior, full sea view, private balcony looking out over the Adriatic. Good choice if you want to sit outside in the Mediterranean light without paying suite prices.
Deluxe Suite
Three of these exist, all built into corners of the hotel so the views are panoramic rather than straight-on. Glass balustrade balcony fully furnished for outdoor dining, two bathrooms, separate lounge and dining area. Comes with a €60 credit at The Wine Bar.
Executive Suite
Billed as having the largest balconies in the hotel — which at Bellevue is saying something. Full sea view, balcony, suite-level space and amenities.
Junior Suite
King-size bed, separate living room, sea view and balcony. A solid mid-point between the standard rooms and the full suites — you get the sitting room separation without the corner panoramas of the Deluxe.

Lovor Presidential Suite
Fifth-floor one-bedroom suite named after the Croatian word for bay leaf. The furnished terrace runs the full length of the suite — 10 sq m of uninterrupted Adriatic views. Separate living and dining areas inside, marble-tiled master bathroom plus a second bathroom with shower. Can be interconnected with the adjoining Superior Room to form a private two-room VIP wing. €60 Wine Bar credit included.
Superior Room
Step up gets you a glass balcony with direct Miramare Bay views. Slide open the French windows and you're effectively outside over the Adriatic. Same contemporary palette as the Classic but with that all-important outdoor connection.
