Available in both bi-level and single-level floorplans, ranging from 1,485 to 1,725 square feet. Hardwood floors, a full dining room, spacious living area, powder room, and a marble bathroom throughout. Single-level units have a kitchenette; the two-story version goes bigger with a full kitchen and 18-foot ceilings.

The biggest room in the house at 3,035 square feet. A sweeping spiral staircase, working fireplace, and a grand piano in the living room set the scene. Can connect to up to two Loft Suites to expand to four bedrooms total.

Everything is bigger in Texas — and this 2,275-square-foot bi-level suite delivers on that promise. Two bedrooms upstairs, a bonus room, and a main-floor fully-equipped kitchen opening to a private dining room for six. The master has a four-poster canopy king, a walk-in closet, dual vanity, freestanding soaking tub, and a dual-head walk-in shower. Comes with two connecting rooms.
2 KingUptown Suite
A two-bedroom, 2,275-square-foot suite with a spacious entry foyer, wet bar, powder room, and a parlor with picture windows overlooking the entry courtyard.
