Converted from an office building in 2010, it's built around a light-filled courtyard and runs on a genuinely warm, personal vibe that bigger hotels simply can't replicate. The Lux rooms with kitchenettes make it one of Helsinki's best bets for extended stays.

The entry-level rooms, but spacious for a European boutique hotel. Faces either the courtyard or the street. Clean Scandinavian aesthetic, excellent bed, large bathroom. Good enough for most stays — just don't expect loft ceilings.

The hotel's real calling card. Nine of these rooms, all facing the courtyard, come with a proper kitchenette — Nespresso machine, microwave, full refrigerator, electric kettle. Some sit on the ground floor and have their own private entrance from the inner courtyard. Runs 22–45 sq m, so the larger ones feel genuinely apartment-like. Ideal for week-plus stays or anyone who hates eating every meal out.
