Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets opened in March 2021 as Australia's first Hotel Indigo, built on the site of a former textile factory right next to Adelaide Central Market. The 'Raw and Refined' design ethos layers heritage-listed brick archways with copper fixtures, tessellated-tile-pattern rugs and Adelaide Festival poster art across 145 rooms and 17 floors. Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets is the exclusive Adelaide venue for Le Petit Chef — a 3D projection-mapped immersive dining experience where the world's smallest animated chef 'cooks' your meal on the table in front of you. Running from October 2025. Four-course dinner at $185 per person (standard), or group lunch option at $99pp. Kids 6–12 dine at $42.50 with an adult.
A chef-guided private tour of Adelaide Central Market to select fresh produce, followed by a private cooking session back at Market & Meander. Includes a complimentary glass of sparkling on arrival and a freshly made Market & Meander specialty dish for lunch. Available Tuesday to Saturday. The hotel's Featured Neighbourhood Artist series showcases rotating South Australian artworks in public spaces and selected guest rooms. Current collection features Caslake & Pedler Glass — handcrafted blown glass pieces inspired by the Australian coastline. Selected pieces are available for guests to purchase and take home.
