Hotel Pigalle is a 81-room boutique hotel set inside a historic building from 1749 in the dead centre of Gothenburg, about a 5-minute walk from Central Station. The aesthetic is full La Belle Époque Paris — heavy velvet curtains, pendant-dripping chandeliers, deep-pile rugs, brass key fobs instead of cards, and a general air of elegant decadence. Think Moulin Rouge by way of Scandinavia. It also happens to have a rooftop terrace that gets genuinely great in summer, a French-inspired restaurant, a ground-floor bar where the evenings tend to stretch longer than planned, and a live music stage (Pigalle Live) that runs on weekends.

A Petite Plus room configured for guests travelling with dogs. Equipped with everything both dog and owner need. One of a small number of dog-friendly rooms.
Petite
The entry-level room. Equally beautiful in design terms, just smaller. Good for solo travellers or couples who spend most of their time out of the room. If space matters, upgrade.
Petite Plus
Comfortable room for guests who primarily need a good bed and don't require much floor space. Slightly larger than the Petite. Same bold design language throughout.
Royale
The top standard room category. Generous space with individually designed interiors drawing on 1920s Parisian elegance. Queen or king-size bed, coffee machine, Bluetooth speaker, minibar, TV, hairdryer. Best choice if you want real breathing room without going full-suite.

Vogue called it 'the world's most decadent hotel suite' — a two-room 50 sqm retreat with a separate boudoir and bedroom. The minibar comes stocked with over 50 varieties of champagne and handpicked delicacies.
