Crouching Tiger
The largest suite at 2,145 sq ft. Silk fabrics, ebony, teak, bamboo, rattan, and rosewood throughout. The Asian-inspired design is immersive and genuinely luxurious — not a theme-park version of it.

Old-world romance in a Venetian-style villa. Red velvet, ornate details — one of the most romantic options in the Mag7 collection.

Hitchcock-inspired decor with a palette of blacks and reds. Moody, dramatic, and wholly intentional — the most cinematic room in the building.
Red Shoes
Couture fashion-inspired surroundings with designer fabrics, prints, and original works of art. One of four Mag7 suites at 1,340 sq ft — impressive for fashion lovers.

Modern chic design with serious ambiance baked in. Name says it all — built for a Dallas retreat with someone worth the trip.
Rock Star
2,010 sq ft of velvet, bold colors, and genuine rock-and-roll bravado. If you need to ask if this suite is for you, it probably isn't. Designed for those who live large.
Studio Suite
The entry point into the Concept Suite world. Separate living and bedroom areas, both with 42" LED TVs. Cozy king setup for those who want the ZaZa concept without committing to a full theatrical theme.
Superior King
The entry-level room, but ZaZa makes it count. Comes with a spacious work desk, luxury bath amenities, and a mini refrigerator. Solid option if you're in Dallas for business and want to avoid chain-hotel beige.
Texas
Oil baron meets 21st century. Austin stone walls, Texas leather, cowhide and horns. Surprisingly tasteful for a Texas-themed hotel room — it leans rancher, not roadside attraction.
The Last Czar
Baroque townhome aesthetic across 2,125 sq ft. This is ZaZa at its most over-the-top palatial — gilt, drama, and genuine grandeur.
Villa Champagne
French romance with leopard print carpets, jewel-tone velvet upholstery, and gilded mirrors. Popular for anniversaries and romantic getaways.
