Why It Matters
Nashville's first proper independent luxury boutique hotel, a multiple AAA Four Diamond winner, and a consistent Condé Nast Traveler Readers' Choice pick for Top Hotels in Nashville (2018–2025). Home to Analog, one of the city's most respected intimate live music venues, and two Writers' Studios designed by Dierks Bentley and Ryan Tedder.
Nashville's original luxury boutique hotel, the Hutton has been setting the standard on West End Avenue since 2009. It sits about four minutes' walk from Vanderbilt and ten minutes from Music Row — close enough to the action without being on top of it. After a Studio 11 Design renovation and the 2023 arrival of Evelyn's restaurant, the hotel now reads as a full creative ecosystem: 250 rooms, a 5,000-square-foot live music venue (Analog), two artist-designed recording studios, and a vinyl library in the lobby. A new 3,200-square-foot spa is slated for Summer 2026.
