500 sq ft with a king bed and cozy sitting area positioned to enjoy the wood-burning fireplace. Named rooms include Camelia, Aria. Signature Seret decor with East Asian and tribal art throughout.

The entry-level room, and still no slouch. At 466 sq ft, it packs in the signature Seret design aesthetic — mosaic bathroom, handcrafted textiles, kiva fireplace — in a more compact footprint. Named rooms include Silverleaf. Wood-burning fireplace operational Nov–Mar.

Luminaria Villa
A freestanding 2,000 sq ft three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa — the pinnacle of the property. Each master suite occupies its own floor with a plush king bed, large closet, and kiva fireplace. Five wood-burning fireplaces total (inside and out). A full chef's kitchen with hand-carved cabinetry and hand-painted tiles. Custom blown-glass chandelier in the living room with 18th-century carved wood accents and hand-painted Tibetan ceilings. Patios and balconies on both north and south sides. Sleeps six.

At 1,040 sq ft, this is the largest single-bedroom configuration aside from the Adobe Rose. Has a private patio space outside the front door. Named rooms include Juniper, Citrine, Lilium. Second-floor options offer elevated privacy.
