J.K. Place Capri is a dazzling white villa perched directly above Marina Grande, with only 22 rooms and views of the Bay of Naples straight to Mount Vesuvius. Designed by Michele Bonan — the same architect behind all four J.K. Place properties — it leans hard into a nautical palette of soft blues, creamy whites, and the occasional zebra-print stool. The whole thing feels more like a friend's very stylish coastal home than a hotel, which is exactly the point.

A secluded 27 sqm room with a private entrance and furnished terrace with uninterrupted sea views. Some bathrooms have direct terrace access and views of the Gulf of Naples — the word 'hideaway' does the work here.

The entry point and the smallest category, around 30 sqm. Fresh pastel-shade walls with coral-red upholstery and a large walk-in wardrobe. Views look out over Monte Solaro rather than the sea — perfectly comfortable but not the sea-view room.

Spread over 50 to 55 sqm — the largest non-penthouse category. Bright open-plan spaces, furnished with sofas or armchairs, and large marble bathrooms with double sinks and tub or shower. Private balcony with sea views and a Mediterranean light that shifts dramatically throughout the day.

The hotel's most dramatic room at 45 sqm on the top floor. A big furnished terrace looks out over the Gulf of Naples to the Sorrentine Peninsula — one of the best views available on any Capri property. Bright, light-filled interiors with clean lines and the sea as the focal point.

Between 38 and 45 sqm, open-plan with a lounge area and armchairs, linen-draped double bed, and a private sea- or pool-view balcony. More space than the Deluxe and a more fluid, residential layout.

Between 45 and 50 sqm with a proper living area, sofa, and sweeping Gulf of Naples views from the private balcony. Some units have four-poster beds and quirky touches like zebra-print stools — the personality in the room design starts here.
