Germany's first JW Marriott opened in 2022 in a glass high-rise tower that previously housed the Jumeirah Frankfurt. The hotel sits right next to MyZeil — one of Frankfurt's landmark shopping malls — and a short walk from Hauptwache, the city's central transport hub. All 218 rooms start from the 6th floor and are a minimum of 80 meters above street level, which means floor-to-ceiling skyline views are the norm, not the upgrade. Interiors lean into a holistic design philosophy: curved headboards, natural materials, botanical plants, and original art by Hartwig Ebersbach. The dining story is anchored by GRETA OTO, a proper Latin American restaurant with Amazonian-inspired sharing plates and inventive cocktails. Fitness is handled via complimentary access to the adjacent Fitness First gym — a real member-grade facility with a 20-meter pool and 60+ weekly classes.

At 46 sqm, the Grand Deluxe borders on junior suite territory. A separate living area with sofa and chair, a swiveling TV that serves both the lounge and bedroom sides, plus all the standard amenities. One reviewer noted the bathroom is open-plan with a sliding wooden privacy panel rather than a fully separate room — worth knowing if you're sharing.
