Each villa is a standalone three-bedroom home with its own 9-meter infinity pool, full kitchen, and 180-degree Gulf of Thailand views. Designed by modernist resort architect Gary Fell (the same mind behind neighboring Samujana) and furnished throughout with Italian brand Meridiani — the result is polished but actually liveable, with concrete accent walls, full-length sea-facing windows, and Smeg appliances in every kitchen.

Mirror layout of Villa Muscat with its own styling personality. Same three-floor terraced structure — entrance floor kitchen/living/dining with full sea-facing accordion doors, upper floor with two queen bedrooms, and lower floor with the oversized master bedroom and sitting area. Can accommodate 6 adults comfortably or 8 with children on convertible furniture. Named after the Gamay grape variety, consistent with the vineyard theme running through the whole property.

One of two terrace villas (mirror of Villa Gamay), set a few steps up the hill from the beachfront villas. Three-floor layout: entrance level with large open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room with accordion doors to the pool terrace; upper floor with two queen bedrooms opening onto a shared upper terrace; lower level with an extra-large master bedroom with private sea-facing terrace and convertible couch. The master on the lower floor has a large walk-in closet. Each bedroom is fully soundproofed with blackout blinds, natural latex mattress toppers, HTC 100% cotton sheets, and a widescreen TV. Lower floor has a large open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen with accordion doors that open completely to the sea. Upper floor holds all three ensuite bedrooms. Off the dining room is a cinema room with a convertible sofa — functions as a 4th bedroom for up to 2 extra guests. Private 9-meter infinity pool on the terrace with a shallow children's section and jacuzzi jets. Meridiani furnishings, his-and-her sinks, walk-in rain showers, flat-screen TVs, and balconies with sea views in every bedroom.
