It's been a horse livery, a Coca-Cola bottling plant, a cotton warehouse, and more. Entry-level rooms that still manage to look anything but basic. Floor-to-ceiling silver velour drapes, mirrored armoires with a fuchsia interior, pillow-top mattresses with Frette-quality bedding, and a 40-inch flat-screen TV. Some look out onto Washington Square; others face the courtyard. Small by modern boutique standards but finished to a high level.
