The entry-level rooms at Monaco Philly are still nicely done — think bold geometric wallpaper, carved column-base desks, and massive mirrored end tables that nod to the building's early-period architecture. All newly renovated. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are well-equipped.
King Spa Room
The Spa Room category is genuinely one of the best value moves at this hotel. Each of the 27 rooms comes with a deep vintage soaking tub, a standalone shower, and a bathroom with serious vanity space. Atelier Bloem bath amenities throughout. If you're splurging on a city trip, this is the room to book.
Majestic Suite
The top of the range at Monaco Philly — the Presidential Suite goes by 'Majestic' here and it earns the name. Generous square footage, full entertaining space, and the kind of room that feels appropriate for a special occasion or extended stay. Only one in the building.
One Bedroom Suite
Proper separation between bedroom and living area makes these worthwhile for longer stays or anyone who needs room to spread out. Corner configurations face both Chestnut and 5th Street, giving you a wide view of Old City. Good for hosting in-room or using as a working base.
Premium Room (King or Two Queen)
Step up from the Essentials with better views, corner positioning, or higher floor placement. The Parkview King is a popular pick — you get a view out toward Independence Park and the surrounding historic district, which is hard to beat. Same sharp renovation as the rest of the property.
