Maison Villeroy
Ultra-private residential hotel with a members-club feel. Think Calacatta marble fireplaces, gold-leaf molding, 20th-century wainscoting, and a butler on call around the clock — but no lobby, no crowds, and absolutely no one here who isn't meant to be.
The spa can only accommodate one party at a time — book it in advance to guarantee a private session with the full jacuzzi, hammam, and sauna to yourselves
Why It Matters
Holds 3 Michelin Keys and contains a 1-Michelin-star restaurant (Trente-Trois) run by chef Sébastien Sanjou, plus a wine bar (Grappille) curated by Xavier Thuizat, named Best Sommelier in France. Rates start around €900–€1,200 per night. The entire property can be privatized for up to 22 guests. The spa can be booked exclusively, meaning guests have the full facility to themselves.
A 1908 hôtel particulier on a quiet residential street one block off Avenue Montaigne, Maison Villeroy operates at a scale most Paris palaces can't match: just 11 rooms, suites, and apartments across three floors, each fitted with Vispring handmade mattresses, Promemoria custom furniture, and marble bathrooms. The mansion was originally built for the Villeroy family (of Villeroy & Boch porcelain fame), spent decades as corporate offices, and was meticulously restored by the Voile d'Or group. It now holds 3 Michelin Keys, a one-Michelin-star restaurant (Trente-Trois), and a full-service spa in what is effectively a private home.

How you'll actually spend your days.
Every Sunday from 3 PM to 6 PM, free-flowing Brut and Rosé champagne is served at the Grappille wine bar, accompanied by sweet and savory pairings. Open to hotel guests and the public.
Regular masterclasses in the Grappille wine bar exploring exceptional vintages and terroirs. Hosted by Xavier Thuizat and guest sommeliers.
The butler team arranges bespoke city excursions and activities, with or without parents for children. Includes neighborhood explorations and restaurant bookings at sought-after Paris tables.
The full property can be rented exclusively — all 11 keys for up to 22 guests. Thoughtful floor layouts allow individual floor buyouts too. The top two floors combined create 225 sqm (2,422 sq ft) of private residential space.
A 45 sqm state-of-the-art gymnasium adjacent to the spa on the lower-ground floor. Accessible around the clock for hotel guests. Personal trainer available upon request.
Yoga available in the hotel's fitness suite.
Book the entire spa exclusively for your party — jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, and hydrotherapy shower are yours alone. The spa operates on a per-party privatization model rather than shared access.
Occasional special dinners at Trente-Trois featuring visiting winemakers presenting their cuvées alongside a five-course menu by Sébastien Sanjou. Wine pairing orchestrated by Xavier Thuizat.
