MAP Boutique Hotel opened in 2020 as the first smart boutique hotel in Nicosia, founded by Marios Polycarpou and designed by local architects EKKY Studio. The building cuts a bold, contemporary silhouette across the street from the 16th-century Venetian walls — all sharp vertical louvers and double-height lobby, monochrome interiors splashed with pink and magenta, and contemporary art by architect Kostas Neofitidis on every wall. With just 34 rooms and suites, every element is app-controlled: lights, temperature, curtains, all from your Coco-Mat mattress.
