This is Uptown Minneapolis's first hotel in decades — a six-story, 125-room property owned by Graves Hospitality that opened in January 2018. Rooms are compact but cleverly engineered, with motion-activated LED guidelights, walk-in showers, and Fender guitars on the wall in select rooms. The real draw is the lobby: check in at the bar, spin records on one of three hi-fi turntables, challenge strangers to shuffleboard, and stay for a craft cocktail poured with local Tattersall Distilling spirits.

The hotel's rock-star room. Located on the 6th floor with soaring ceilings, a private glass-bottom balcony, and a round Japanese soaking tub. The attached Green Room is a private party space with modular sofas, a private bar, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Uptown and the downtown skyline — capacity up to 40 guests.
Two bedroomsFour Twin Bunk Guest Room
Two sets of bunk beds sleep four people — this is the hostel-hearted room Moxy was built for. Great for groups on a budget. Same tech features as standard rooms. Accessible/hearing accessible version also available.
Four Twin BunksJunior King Suite
Larger suite with a king bed and expanded amenities. Features a soaking tub in the bathroom. More space than standard rooms, with a glass balcony in select configurations.

Compact but well-engineered room with a king bed, 49-inch flat-panel HDTV, walk-in shower, and motion-activated LED guidelights. Wall-mounted storage features and hanging options make the most of the small footprint. Select rooms have a Fender guitar mounted on the wall.
KingLoft Guest Room with Queen and Twin Bunk Bed
Loft-style design with a queen bed on the lower level and a twin bunk above. Sleeps up to three. The cozy split-level layout gives it more personality than a standard room and works well for small families or friends traveling together.
Queen + Twin BunkQueen Guest Room
Standard room with a queen bed and the same chic Moxy design DNA — walk-in shower, LED guidelights, leather lounge chair, and 49-inch TV. Guests call it small but well thought out.
