Book the Junior Suite Corner for a balcony, larger footprint (35 sqm), and clever open-wardrobe design at a slightly lower price than the full Junior Suite

Why It Matters

One Michelin Key. The only Paris boutique hotel dedicated to the work of Norman Ives. Cult Thai-French chef Thiou runs the restaurant on-site. Part of the Olivier Bertrand hotel group (also owns Saint James Paris and Relais Christine). Member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

Named after mid-century American graphic artist Norman Ives — not Normandy — this 37-room boutique hotel opened in 2023 in Paris's 8th arrondissement, a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe. Interior designer Thomas Vidalenc drew from Ives's typographic modernism and the swinging Paris of the 1960s, landing somewhere between private collector's apartment and private club. It holds one Michelin Key.
