Why It Matters
One of the first international luxury brands to open in AlUla, Saudi Arabia, marking a pivotal moment in the region's tourism development. Set inside a UNESCO World Heritage Site corridor, the property sits within view of well-preserved first-century Nabataean tombs at Hegra. 96 modular villas built into a box canyon in Saudi Arabia's Ashar Valley, with soaring sandstone cliffs on all sides and ancient Nabataean rock carvings scattered through the property grounds. Available as a Celestial Art Villa or Canyon Art Villa variant. Positioned to overlook one of the on-site Desert X installations — specifically Falling Stones Garden and Najma. Same core amenities as the base villa type with added cultural framing.
KingCanyon Villa
The entry-level villa and the most plentiful category. Surrounded by sandstone cliffs and set among the ancient oasis of the Ashar Valley. At 45 sqm, it fits one or two guests comfortably. Private outdoor terrace, indoor and outdoor showers, king bed, minibar, e-bike with charging station, and air conditioning. No TV, no bathtub, no private pool.
