Palihotel Melrose is Palisociety's 33-room boutique on one of LA's most-shopped streets. The design leans hard into a bohemian-rustic aesthetic — timber-slat exterior, checkered bedding, velvet touches, bold wall colors — and it works. Rooms are compact but thoughtfully outfitted, and the communal spaces (lobby lounge, Blue Daisy Café, outdoor courtyard) are where the real character lives.

The biggest room in the house at 620 square feet. Vintage timber walls, an open-plan living area, and a king bed. The standout is the bathroom — a clawfoot soaking tub with a direct view of Melrose Avenue. Large private balcony, 55-inch wall-mounted TV, sitting area, and minibar round it out. This is the one to book if you need space to spread out.
