PURO Gdańsk sits on Granary Island — one side faces the Old Town extension, the other looks out over the marina. It's a 211-room design hotel from Poland's own PURO group, with interiors by London studio DeSallesFlint that weave in references to the city's maritime past without going full nautical theme-park. The rooftop bar INK Above and Italian restaurant Magari are both open to non-guests, which means the hotel has genuine pull as a city destination, not just a place to sleep.

The entry-level room, and still properly done. Flooded with natural light, soundproofed, and built around a hypo-allergenic Hilding bed. Room settings — lighting, temperature — controlled via a touchscreen tablet. Walk-in shower in the private bathroom. Compact but well thought-out.
Deluxe Room
A step up with king-size bed, plush dressing gown and slippers, and late check-out until 2pm included. Same clean design language as the Classic, with the extras that make a real difference on longer stays.

Suite
44 sqm with a separate living area and lounge, so there's actually room to breathe. Parquet floors, seating area with its own TV, tea and coffee maker, and the same touchscreen tablet setup as all other rooms. The 8th-floor suite in particular draws strong guest praise for its views.
