Why It Matters
The only Raffles property in Jaipur, and one of a very small handful of ultra-luxury hotels in the city. The design concept — a recreation of a zenana built entirely by Rajasthani master artisans — is genuinely singular. The Raffles Spa is reportedly the only spa in Jaipur with a hammam and both hot and cold mineral pools.
A 50-suite palace hotel built as a modern zenana — the women's quarters of a Mughal royal court — carved entirely from white marble and assembled by handpicked local artisans. It sits on the outskirts of Jaipur near Kukas, about 20 km from the Pink City, with the Aravalli Hills framing the view from every balcony. Every room comes with either a private plunge pool or an outdoor soaking tub. Small, quiet, and distinctly un-grand-hotel-ish in all the right ways.

The entry-level room, but don't let that mislead you. Painted corniced ceilings, elaborate golden murals, bone-inlay wooden furniture, locally sourced objets d'art, and Jaipur-woven carpets fill every corner. A spacious balcony extends the living space outdoors, most with views of the Aravalli Hills. Bathroom features a soaking tub.
King or TwinMaharani Royal Suite with Pool
Full-on royal treatment. Temperature-controlled private pool, private garden, and the most elaborate interiors in the hotel. The name earns it — this is genuinely regal space.
KingPrincess Suite with Pool
A standout option with a private pool on the balcony. The bathroom is centrepiece material — marble floors, a claw-footed silver tub, brass dispensers engraved with the palace's cheetah crest, and rose-scented soaps. Sober, elegant palette rather than the frilly princess trope the name might suggest.
KingRaffles Suite with Plunge Pool
The suite where the balcony plunge pool becomes the centerpiece. Views of the Aravalli Hills from the pool edge. Palatial gilded interiors, pearl-grey marble bathroom with clawfoot tub and marble basins carved on-site.
KingRajmata Suite (Presidential Suite) with Pool
The largest accommodation on the property. Two bedrooms, a private pool, a steam room, and a kitchenette. At 2,572 sq ft it's genuinely palatial — built for families or guests who simply want space that doesn't feel like a hotel room. The Rajmata (literally 'queen mother') title is not underselling it.
