Raffles Makati packs just 32 suites into its own floors of a 30-story glass tower in Makati's Central Business District, sharing the building with the larger Fairmont Makati next door. Of the two, Raffles is the quieter, more exclusive option. Dark wood floors, floor-to-ceiling city views, over 1,600 original Filipino artworks, and a dedicated personal butler come standard. It opened in December 2012 and has since earned one Michelin Key and a Forbes Travel Guide 2026 Hotel of the Year award. The sheer smallness of the property — 32 suites — is the point: service is genuinely attentive in a way that bigger hotels rarely pull off.

The entry-level room at Raffles Makati — and 60 sqm feels generous once you're inside. An intimate foyer with seating opens into the main space, accented with antique furnishings, satin silk, damask in vivid colors, and hand-tufted rugs on hardwood floors. The marble bathroom is the star: deep-soaking tub, rainfall showerhead, separate shower, double basins, and bidet. Floor-to-ceiling windows look out over the Makati skyline. All 23 Junior Suites include daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails at Writers Bar, plus Raffles Butler Service.

Part of the Raffles Residences offering — ideal for stays of five nights or more. Separate receiving area, dining area, well-appointed kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area. Presidential Suite
The only one of its kind in the hotel. A receiving foyer sets the tone — stately without being stuffy — leading to carefully appointed living and dining rooms, a walk-in wardrobe, and a full marble bathroom. At approximately 150 sqm it has three bedrooms and a modern kitchen. Genuinely grand but still retains the understated Raffles character.
