The Grotto restaurant — set under an ancient limestone cliff on Phranang Beach — is alone worth the trip.
Rayavadee sits on 26 acres of the Phranang Peninsula, hemmed in by sheer limestone cliffs and three white-sand beaches — Phranang, Railay, and Nammao — all within Krabi Marine National Park. You can only get here by boat. That's not an inconvenience; it's the point. The resort's 94 two-storey pavilions and 7 villas are dotted through coconut groves and tropical gardens, their distinctive circular design built deliberately around existing trees so nothing had to be cut down.

Discreetly hidden in an annex five minutes' walk down the beach from the main resort property. Completely surrounded by dramatic limestone cliffs. The most remote option on the property — you're essentially alone in a national park.
Pool Pavilion
Adds a 3 x 8 meter private freshwater pool set in a lushly-landscaped tropical garden with sun lounges and a terrace. The most private single-bedroom option — complete indoor-outdoor living with nobody looking in.

Set on a sheltered corner of Railay Beach itself, with views over the azure Andaman Sea. Genuinely beachfront, with dedicated butler service. One of the resort's most sought-after positions for its direct beach access.
The Rayavadee Villa
The flagship. 417 sqm with a free-form swimming pool and built-in jacuzzi overlooking Phranang Beach. Two large king-bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a living and lounge area, kitchenette, poolside dining room, and a private sauna. There is more square footage here than many city apartments.
