Why It Matters
Home to Dubrovnik's largest spa at over 2,800 square metres, Croatia's only authentic traditional Turkish hammam, and Dubrovnik's sole teppanyaki restaurant. The original building dates to the 1960s and was heavily damaged in the 1990s war; Rixos bought and completely rebuilt it. Part of Accor's All Inclusive Collection.
A Turkish-owned luxury resort clinging to a jagged cliffside above the Adriatic, about 1.5km from Dubrovnik's walled Old Town. The building cascades down the cliff in terraced layers — most of the 310 rooms look straight out to sea.
