Lagoon Suite
The entry point into Rosewood Mayakoba. Perched over or beside Mayakoba's winding lagoon system, these suites have private plunge pools, outdoor garden showers, personal boat docks, and butler service. Lagoon Villa

Oceanview Suite

Overwater Lagoon Suite
Built directly over the emerald lagoon, this is the overwater villa experience without flying to the Maldives. Floor-to-ceiling windows look straight down into the water. Private terrace, plunge pool, and the kind of setting that makes the 'Over the Water Romance' package make a lot of sense.
The Founder's Villa
The apex of the property. 16,300 square feet of beachfront estate with a 92-foot heated infinity pool that flows toward the Caribbean. Seven full bathrooms plus a half bath, accommodates up to 14 guests, media room and private office. Includes daily breakfast, dedicated butler, complimentary private round-trip airport transfers, and full access to all resort amenities.
