Mansour Casablanca
Streamline Modern / Art Deco 1950s palace reimagined for the 21st century. Think monumental lobby lighting, marble, noble wood, curated artworks, and a hum of energy that feels more grand hotel than resort. Why It Matters
Only the second property in the Royal Mansour Collection (after the famous Marrakech palace), and the first major ultra-luxury hotel opening in Casablanca in decades. La Grande Table Marocaine earned a spot in the La Liste 1000 rankings for 2025. The building itself is a registered architectural monument designed by Emile Duhon — eight years of restoration work were required just to get it right.
The Royal Mansour Casablanca opened in April 2024 after eight years of renovation, bringing a 1953 landmark designed by Emile Duhon back to life with full-on Art Deco glamour. It sits near the port in the heart of Casablanca's historic Art Deco district — Mohamed Ali, Charles Aznavour and Johnny Hallyday all passed through in its previous life. Today it's 149 rooms and suites spread across a vertical palace, with four restaurants including La Grande Table Marocaine (ranked in La Liste 1000 for 2025), a 2,510 sqm spa, and views from the 23rd floor that stretch all the way to the Atlantic.
