Retro-glam 1970s design hotel. Lots of color — beige/brown, yellow/turquoise, violet/green, or coral/blue — depending on which room you book. The public spaces lean into the Miami Beach-by-way-of-Gran-Canaria aesthetic: turquoise-mosaic pools, Pucci-style patterns, mirrored glass, and travertine. Not understated. Not trying to be.
Ask for a room on a higher floor facing the dunes — morning sun plus desert-landscape views. Switch to the other side next stay for sunset over the palm gardens.

A 1975 concrete horseshoe resort that got a spectacular second act. Parisian architect Alberto Pinto's 2002 redesign replaced the generic with the genuinely bold — four signature color palettes, Pucci-inspired patterns, and chrome-and-marble accents running through all 328 rooms.
