Sharq Village & Spa opened in 2007 and does something most Doha hotels don't quite pull off: it feels genuinely calm. Built to evoke a traditional Qatari village, the whitewashed two-story villas, palm-lined paths, and winding courtyards sit right on Doha Bay — 400 meters of private beach included. The Doha skyline is in plain view, which is part of the charm. Rooms are 48 sqm minimum, all with marble bathrooms and private balconies, and the scale stays manageable at 174 rooms. The spa, at 6,500 sqm, is one of the largest and most respected in the city.

The entry-level room at Sharq Village is 48 sqm and still feels genuinely spacious. Four-poster canopy beds with carved wood headboards, warm Qatari-inspired textiles, and a private furnished balcony overlooking either the resort courtyards or Doha Bay. Deluxe King Sea View Room
Same 48 sqm footprint as the standard Deluxe but oriented toward the water. The shaded balcony looks directly over the private beach and Arabian Gulf — the Doha skyline sits across the bay. Comes with a Nespresso capsule machine (replenished daily), plus a private courtyard with water feature on select units. The four-poster bed and marble bathroom are identical to the standard Deluxe.
