The Attic Room
The smallest and most honest room in the house — 18sqm on the 3rd floor, two single beds, lower ceilings, and more stairs. But rooftop views over the Dubrovnik skyline, and all the Byron standard kit: Molton Brown, mini fridge, tea and coffee. Great for older kids or those who genuinely don't mind a compact space.

The Cathedral Room
The largest of the original rooms at 25sqm on the 2nd floor. Triple-aspect windows give it lots of afternoon sunlight while somehow remaining exceptionally private. Unobstructed cathedral views. Comes with a Culshaw kitchenette. Can be paired with the Attic Room as a family suite.

The Drawing Room
The third of the new 1st-floor rooms at 25sqm. No landmark views — the owners are upfront about that — but dual-aspect triple-glazed windows flood it with light. High ceilings, Culshaw kitchenette, and full interior and exterior shutters. Quiet and well-lit, hence the name.

22sqm on the 2nd floor, south-facing, overlooking the neighbor's garden — a rare patch of green inside the walled city. It gets the morning sun but stays quieter and cooler than the cathedral-facing rooms in summer. Book with the Piano Room to secure the shared lounge privately.

How you'll actually spend your days.
The entire Byron (7 rooms, sleeps 14) can be booked for creative workshops, retreats, or events inside the UNESCO Old Town. Partners with KAWA for co-working and design-related programming.
The concierge curates day-trip itineraries to nearby destinations: Cavtat by boat, Mostar in Bosnia, Kotor in Montenegro, and the islands of Mljet and Sipan by speedboat.
The Byron works with local guides for Dubrovnik Old Town history tours and Game of Thrones filming location tours. Arranged via the concierge.
The Byron partners with Sea Fun Dubrovnik (boatingdubrovnik.com) for private speedboat day trips — island-hopping, sea caves, secluded beaches. The concierge arranges everything. Recommended operator is Josko Leoni.
The famous Buza cliff bars and swimming coves are just 40 meters from the Byron's front door. Guests can grab beach towels from reception and jump in before the crowds arrive in summer.
The concierge can arrange private wine tasting experiences in the region. Croatia's Dalmatian coast has a strong local wine culture — Plavac Mali is the grape to look for.

Secure garage near Buza gate, 2 minutes' walk away. Entry via keypad code sent prior to arrival. €50 per day payable in cash on arrival. Book in advance — it's limited but significantly cheaper than public parking (€220/day).
No on-site gym. The city walls walk (2km) is the most popular morning workout in Dubrovnik.
The Byron does not have a pool. Buza beach is 40 meters away.
Daily housekeeping available on request between 10am–12 noon. Hang the sign before 10am. Nobody enters the room without permission otherwise.
Full concierge service from the owners, who have lived and worked in Dubrovnik for 20+ years. They'll book restaurants, arrange tours, organize private boat charters, and advise on when to avoid cruise-ship crowds.
