The entry-level rooms, but don't let that fool you. At 289–309 sq ft these are on the smaller side for the price — typical for urban boutique hotels in this range. Bold color accents keep things from feeling generic.

Coveted Water-View Corner Room & Suite
The best rooms in the house. Ranging 453–811 sq ft, these corner suites have two walls of floor-to-ceiling windows, meaning you get both the harbor AND the city skyline at once. The design here throws out the traditional living room setup and replaces it with a flexible, engaging space — a gaming zone, a mirrored TV wall, and a transparent swing table that lets you see straight through to the harbor. One-bedroom suite configurations go up to 811 sq ft and include a Peloton bike.
KingDeluxe King Guest Room
A step up in size at 396 sq ft, with views that range from city to partial water to full water depending on the specific room. One king bed (some configurations allow two queens). The layout gives more breathing room and some rooms have a more prominent harbor outlook. Same design DNA as the Classics — art on the walls, bold colors, floor-to-ceiling glass.
