A former five-storey Roman townhouse converted in 2015 into a 15-room boutique hotel sitting on a quiet cobblestone street in Monti, one of Rome's oldest residential neighborhoods. The design leans into classic architecture — stucco walls, exposed brick ceilings, vintage furniture — without tipping into the overdone 'luxe Italian' aesthetic that dominates so many Roman hotels. Think pied-à-terre more than urban resort, which is exactly the point.

The flagship room on the top floor — a full 45 sq m spread across two interconnected rooms. A private balcony floods both rooms with light and delivers rooftop views.
