The Lincoln Hotel is a 33-room luxury boutique hotel carved out of a red-brick industrial mill building dating to the early 1900s. The original textile mill keeps its warehouse-scale ceilings, exposed brick, and rough-hewn wood intact — then layers in eclectic Art Deco touches, peacock-blue armchairs, and marble vanities. It holds two consecutive Michelin Keys (2024 and 2025), making it the standout lodging option in a town that has been quietly drawing Portland refugees and creative entrepreneurs for the past few years.

Designed for guests with mobility challenges. Mirrors the Deluxe King layout with all the same finishes, but features a roll-in shower with grab bars and a seat in place of the standard peekaboo bathroom.

Classic King Room
The entry-level king room. Cozy but still polished — the contrast of rough exposed brick against gleaming peekaboo shower fixtures is particularly striking here. Same amenities as the deluxe options, slightly more compact.
KingCorner King Room
The most spacious standard room in the hotel. Floor-to-ceiling windows on multiple sides pull in maximum light and frame city and river views. Same peekaboo shower and electric fireplace as all rooms, but significantly more square footage.
KingDeluxe King Room
The workhorse room — spacious with seating for two and generous closet space. Exposed brick walls, high ceilings with original wood elements, and the same peekaboo bathroom that's a signature across all room types.
KingDeluxe Queen/Queen Room
The double-queen option for families or friend groups. Same finishes as the king rooms — peekaboo shower, electric fireplace, industrial-chic decor — but with two queen beds instead of one king. Adjoining Deluxe King room available upon request.

Penthouse Suite
The top of the building and the top of the lineup. Feels like a chic New York City one-bedroom apartment transplanted into a Maine mill. The master bedroom has a king bed and a walk-in closet. The living area adds a full kitchen with full-size appliances, a wet bar, a half bath, and an electric fireplace. Nothing else at the hotel comes close.
