A curated tasting experience built around the exclusive limited-edition Tanqueray Malacca Gin — inspired by an 1839 recipe from Charles Tanqueray himself, made with botanicals native to the Malacca region including cubeb pepper and local spices. Only available at this hotel. Each guest receives a personalised tasting note to take home. Toast in Kristang: 'Saodi!'
A guided cycle tour through the historic streets of Malacca, leading to Bukit Cina and the oldest recorded well in Malaysia (built in 1459 for Princess Hang Li Po's entourage). A well-paced way to cover more heritage ground than on foot.
Served in The Lounge at The Mansion on tiered stands — a curated spread of sweet and savoury Kristang delicacies, including house-made Portuguese egg tarts and glutinous rice with kaya (coconut jam). Piquant Straits spices throughout. Served daily.
