Romania's first Autograph Collection hotel occupies the former Marmorosch Blank Bank Palace, a neo-Romanian pile completed in 1923 with Byzantine and Gothic flourishes. The building served the banking industry for nearly 100 years before reopening in 2021 as a 217-room luxury hotel. Art Deco interiors, double-height atrium spaces, and a genuinely jaw-dropping speakeasy bar inside the actual bank vault give this place a personality no new-build could fake.

A proper British-style afternoon tea served in the ornate Marmorosch Bar & Lounge (Grand Library). Runs Thursday to Sunday, 15:00–18:00. A lovely quiet-moment experience in one of the hotel's grandest spaces.
Full spa access including heated indoor pool with hydromassage, hot sauna, steam bath, and treatment rooms. Spa uses Sothys cosmetics. Fitness centre with cardio, free weights, rowing machines, and weight machines is open 24/7 and complimentary.
