A 294-room luxury resort built on the bones of the original 1950s Seville Hotel, reimagined by Ian Schrager and Marriott on a 3.5-acre private enclave stretching from Collins Avenue straight to the Atlantic. The design is minimalist but warm — light oak-paneled walls, marble everywhere, neutral tones — with a lobby that transforms into a sultry candlelit garden at night. The entertainment lineup alone separates it from every other luxury hotel on the beach: bowling, ice skating, and a nightclub all live underground, while Jean-Georges Vongerichten runs the food program above.
