Request a Uber/Lyft pickup at The Reserve entrance specifically, not the main Park MGM rideshare zone — saves time and hassle.

Why It Matters

One of the very few genuinely boutique hotels on the Strip — small enough to have its own vibe, but backed by full MGM Resort infrastructure. The only hotel-within-a-hotel concept at Park MGM. Smoke-free casino resort is a genuine rarity in Las Vegas. The Suite Royale Premiere at 2,000 square feet with its own billiards table is properly exceptional.

The Reserve occupies the top four floors (29–32) of the Park MGM building — the old Monte Carlo — and operates as its own intimate world within a much larger resort. It's 293 rooms of French-meets-New York design: oak hardwood floors, leather headboards, original artwork, freestanding pedestal tubs in suites. You get your own entrance, your own check-in, and your own rooftop pool. But you can also tap into everything Park MGM has to offer downstairs. Opened in 2018 as NoMad Las Vegas, it rebranded to The Reserve at Park MGM in December 2025 and joined Marriott Bonvoy's Autograph Collection in early 2026. It made the 2020 Condé Nast Traveler Gold List. For Vegas, it's genuinely quiet.

Standard Room

Classic King

The entry-level room here still packs in oak hardwood floors, a stocked minibar, original artwork on the walls, and a leather headboard. Not large — just over 400 square feet — but the residential furnishings make it feel curated rather than cramped. Walk-in shower standard.

The biggest room in the house at 2,000 square feet. Has its own drawing room, a dining room set for six, a full bar, and a billiards table. For reference: a separate dining room that seats six in a Vegas hotel suite is genuinely uncommon. Pedestal bathtub, walk-in shower, the works.
