The St. Regis Belgrade
Contemporary Serbian luxury — glass-and-water architecture, Murano glass accents, bespoke textile art, kilim-pattern carpets, and curated local artworks. Polished without being stuffy. Very much a grand opening-era property still finding its operational stride.

Why It Matters
Serbia's first St. Regis and the only internationally branded true luxury hotel in Belgrade. Debuted the St. Regis Butler Service in the country. Located at the centerpiece of the Belgrade Waterfront regeneration project. Designed by HOK, inspired by legendary Serbian painter Milena Pavlović Barili for the Presidential Suite.
Belgrade's first internationally branded luxury hotel opened in November 2024, occupying the lower 11 floors of Kula Belgrade — a 42-story glass tower that rises above the Sava River at the new Belgrade Waterfront development. The building's curved glass facade mimics the flow of the Sava and Danube rivers, and the interiors pull from seven Serbian cultural touchstones: rivers, wine, textiles, metalwork, art, kafa (coffee culture), and the city's dual Eastern-Western spirit. All 119 rooms face the water or the skyline, butler service comes standard, and the spa has five treatment rooms with Sothys products, a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room.
